Walking Netball
Walking Netball is a slower paced version of the game with adapted rules ideal for all levels of fitness. It is a great way to get active with a minimal risk of injury. No experience necessary, just pick it up as you go.It's on every Wednesday from 7.00 - 8..00 pm (term time only). It's suitable for all ages and for women and men - all welcome!
Sessions are held on the Multi-Use Games Area and in the Main Hall if the weather is inclement. Activities include warm up, ball skills and games to improve hand eye co-ordination and raise your pulse with a smile. Janet Winstanley, qualified teacher will provide coaching skills.
The group have had a few friendly games with other teams and hope to continue doing so.
