Walking Football is held at The Centre @ Halton on Wednesdays from 10am to 11.30am.
Walking Football is a slower paced version of the beautiful game with adapted rules ideal for all levels of fitness.
The group has gone from strength to strength and they have a lot of fun. New players are very welcome.
It’s a great way to stay active with a minimal risk of injury. No prior experience necessary. Come along and give it a try, we are a friendly bunch.
Sessions are held on the field and are aimed at people of all ages -men and women welcome.
