Staying Strong is a health programme designed to help people over the age of 55 lead more active, healthy and fulfilling lives.
The class offers gentle physical and social activities, as well as advice on healthy eating and well-being.
The class is held every Wednesday at The Centre from 10.30am to 11.30am at The Centre @ Halton
The charge is £3 per week and new members are very welcome.
You do not need to book in advance – just turn up and enjoy.
The group carries on meeting during the school summer holidays so do come along and try it out.
