BROOKHOUSE TAI CHI
Classes run every Wednesday evening from 7-9pm in the clubhouse behind St. Paul’s church hall. Come along and try a free first session, or just have a watch and see what we get up to! No previous experience necessary, and Tai Chi is great for all levels of fitness and ability. We practice gentle movement and breathing exercises (Chi Kung), and various Tai Chi exercises and short forms too. As one of the oldest forms of exercise, it is still one of the best, and Tai Chi has been shown to be a very effective method of reducing stress, increasing mobility, and maintaining postural strength.
